- GeneSoC® is a real-time PCR system.
- GeneSoC® performs quantitative detection of target genes (in 5~15 minutes*) using the microfluidic thermal cycling technology.
* It depends on the density of samples. - Three genes can be detected for one sample with three-color fluorescence detection.
- GeneSoC® is comprised of Main Unit and Detection Unit. Detection Units can be connected to one Main Unit to up to four.
- As Detection Units are controlled independently, another unit can be run a test during measurement.
How to Use
●GeneSoC® is used by connecting Main Unit and Detection Unit.
●Set a GeneSoC® PCR Chip injected with a reaction mixture into Detection Unit and start the measurement.
●With real-time PCR, amplification of the target gene can be checked on the monitor.
●Depending on the sample, it can take approximately 5 to 15 minutes for detection of target genes.
