Mycoplasma/Ureaplasma spp
Mycoplasma and Ureaplasma species are common sources of contamination in cell culture and are also critical quality control targets in biopharmaceutical production.
In this application, we attempted to detect various Mycoplasma genomes using a universal primer/probe set targeting the 16S rRNA region.
